The Carlsbad Educational Foundation is looking to hire an enthusiastic, responsible, and reliable childcare Site Coordinator to work with students in an after-school setting. Site Coordinators will report to an Area Manager and will be responsible for running day-to-day operations on site. 

The Carlsbad Educational Foundation takes pride in providing a safe and fun place where we can make an impact in the lives of elementary school students. Duties include but are not limited to, direct supervision of children, behavior management and conflict resolution, basic homework assistance, as well as creating and leading fun and enriching curriculum such as arts/crafts, inside/outside games, and STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) lessons. 

This position requires 1-4 years of experience working in a childcare program depending on education level, 12 units in early childhood education (ECE), a current certification in CPR and First Aid, and 3 units in a Childcare Administration Course or willingness to enroll in an Administration Course. General education units in a related field may be used in substitution for the 12 ECE units required to be a childcare teacher.  

Approximately 40 hours per week Monday-Friday between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.
